- You cancel the project before any design or development work begins (a processing fee may apply).
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Deposits or advance payments once work has begun.
- Custom design, development, or digital marketing services after partial or full delivery.
- Domain name registrations, hosting services, or third-party tools/licenses.
- Delays or dissatisfaction due to lack of communication or input from the client.
4. Project Cancellation
- If you cancel a project after work has started, you will be billed for the portion of the work completed.
- Refunds for canceled projects will be calculated based on the hours or stages completed, minus any non-refundable fees.
5. Digital Products (if applicable)
- All digital products (e.g., templates, graphics, downloadable resources) are non-refundable once delivered.
- Please ensure you review the product description and compatibility before purchase.
6. Revisions & Support
- We offer revisions as specified in the service agreement. Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences is not a valid reason for a refund.
- We’re committed to resolving reasonable concerns or issues through support rather than refund.
