• You cancel the project before any design or development work begins (a processing fee may apply).

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Deposits or advance payments once work has begun.
• Custom design, development, or digital marketing services after partial or full delivery.
• Domain name registrations, hosting services, or third-party tools/licenses.
• Delays or dissatisfaction due to lack of communication or input from the client.

4. Project Cancellation

• If you cancel a project after work has started, you will be billed for the portion of the work completed.
• Refunds for canceled projects will be calculated based on the hours or stages completed, minus any non-refundable fees.

5. Digital Products (if applicable)

• All digital products (e.g., templates, graphics, downloadable resources) are non-refundable once delivered.
• Please ensure you review the product description and compatibility before purchase.

6. Revisions & Support

• We offer revisions as specified in the service agreement. Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences is not a valid reason for a refund.
• We’re committed to resolving reasonable concerns or issues through support rather than refund.
