• Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.

5. Revisions & Approvals

• We offer a limited number of revisions as part of the service package.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
• You are responsible for final review and approval before the project is considered complete.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the final work (e.g., website, design, graphics) becomes your property.
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
• All unused concepts, drafts, and design materials remain our property.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel a project at any time in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• In case of cancellation, you will be invoiced for work completed up to that point.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
• Any third-party service disruptions (e.g., hosting, domain, plugins).
• Loss of data or business due to delays, errors, or service interruptions.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting, analytics, plugins). Their use is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for their performance or policies.
